Joker XL Golf has been developed in collaboration with AGREF for you, greenkeepers, who manage your grassed areas without pesticides.
Its versatility will be appreciated for maintaining teeing areas, fairways, semi-roughs or pre-roughs mowed to around 10 cm.
With a working width of 3.60 or 4.60 metres, the machine can be fitted with a seeder or other options.
Depending on your needs, you can opt for the Joker lawn comb with a single deck (working width between 1 m and 2.10 m).
Whether for dethatching, treating earthworm castings, restoring evenness or relining, the Joker will be your daily asset.
The Joker, specially designed for golf courses, consists of 3 independent trays.
Each rake adapts perfectly to the contours of the ground.
MECHANICAL WEEDING
Pulls out moss, thatch, and intrusive low-rooting weeds.
The tines cut through the leaves of troublesome deep-rooted vegetation, such as herbaceous plants or dandelions, thereby weakening them. New weed growth is limited.
Breaks up worm castings without stripping off any plant material.
Thanks to the height-adjustable rake, the tines can be calibrated to graze the surface without pressing down on the soil.
The tines’ forward/backward movement displaces material restoring evenness to the soil.
Knocks off the dew in order to curb disease development and fungus growth.
This operation also ensures an improved game experience, as the presence of water retards a ball’s movement.
Pneumatic Seeder
Capacity: 120 or 300 liters
Power supply: 12 V
The Joker XL can be fitted with a pneumatic seeder to carry out overseeding operations over a width of 3.60 or 4.60 metres, guaranteeing outstanding yields.
When the seeder is activated, the fan blasts the seeds through the tubes to the diffusers, distributing the seeds uniformly.
The seed is then mixed into the soil by the tines’ movement, ensuring optimal lawn development.

With its 18 holes, 6 practice holes, a driving range and a putting green, the municipal golf course of Chalon-sur-Saône (France, 71) had a major problem: the presence of worm castings.
“Starting each October, especially when humidity levels start rising, all of our fairways become overrun with worm casts. This is really not the ideal situation for the game and the turf!
We had tested different solutions. But during a demonstration day, we were blown away by the performance of the ‘Joker’ harrow.
Given the excellent quality/price ratio and the minimal maintenance, we said to ourselves, ‘Why not use it on our course?’ And that’s exactly what we did.
The result: We are very satisfied with it! We even recommend it for the maintenance of sports grounds (rugby, soccer, etc.). In addition, beyond the fact of ‘pulverizing’ the castings, this 4m-wide rake allows for light turf scarification. It will also nicely prepare the soil before seeding; the ground is ‘clawed’ so to speak.
Some interesting options are also available, such as the broom that can be secured behind the rake. It redistributes the castings for a perfectly flat surface. We also use the rake with the weed control assembly to service our sanded walkways, while protecting the soil from damage.
