A machine for cleaning your synthetic surfaces

The Clean Brush has been specially designed for the weekly cleaning of synthetic pitches, with or without infill.

The Clean Brush is approved by manufacturers such as Eurofield, Tarkett and Polytan France.

It can also be used for decompaction and brushing operations.

Two versions are available:

● Model C1500 for pitches with infill: model fitted with a screening table that separates the granules from impurities.

● Model 1500 for pitches without infill: version without a screening table, suited to non-infill surfaces.

preparation brush

This brush straightens the fibres and gathers some of the loose fibres and debris to prevent the screening table from becoming saturated too quickly. This material is then removed directly by the operator. Height-adjustable, it allows the working intensity to be precisely adjusted according to the condition of the pitch.

decompaction brush

The preparation brush can be replaced by an optional decompaction brush. With its very stiff bristles, it does an excellent job of decompacting, de-mossing and removing weeds from surfaces.

collection brush

Made up of 8 very fine brush blades, it efficiently lifts the material to be removed into the screening tray while preserving the integrity of the carpet. Thanks to a suction effect, the debris is directed to the collection table without any aggressive action, ensuring gentle and long-lasting care of the surface. It is also height-adjustable to adapt the working intensity.

The metal plate moves in an arc, gradually forcing the material forward to the collection bins. Its stepped design, with an increasing density of holes at each level, limits the build-up of loose fibres at the table inlet (where they usually get caught in the grid) and greatly reduces the risk of clogging.

The Clean Brush is fitted with 2 large-capacity bins (2 x 24 litres), perforated all over, which release the granules mixed with debris and redistribute them evenly across the pitch.

finishing brush

It levels and evenly distributes the granules while straightening the carpet fibres. Height-adjustable, the ground pressure of this brush can be adjusted for tailor-made work.

transport wheels

Raised while the machine is working, the four wheels are lowered for transport to make handling easier. This means the machine can be loaded into a vehicle by a single person.
